Welcome to
MegaVision Software

We're a small independent game development studio, currently working on a retro-inspired RPG, Mystic Land: The Search for Maphaldo, and on a full remaster of an 8-bit hit from the 1980s, Automania.

It all started back in 1993, when two best friends decided they were going to take over the world by creating the best MS-DOS RPG ever: The Mystic Land. They worked on the game for years - writing the story and lore, building tech demos, and pouring their hard-earned money into graphics and concept art. Everything seemed to be moving in the right direction. In 1994, even the legendary publisher Sir-Tech (of Wizardry fame) showed interest in the project, and morale was sky-high.
Unfortunately, they were both teenagers at the time, and life had other plans. Eventually, The Mystic Land was quietly shelved and left unfinished.

Fast-forward almost 30 years. The two reunited and decided that - now firmly on the wrong side of their 40s β€” it was finally time to finish what they started. And so here we are. Today, we're now a fully formed team, working tirelessly to at last - finally - bring Mystic Land to life.
And yes… we're still determined to make it the best old-school fantasy role-playing game ever.

Along the way, the studio has also grown into something more. We now offer development services and actively work with other creators, helping them build their dream games and modern remakes. Whether it’s breathing new life into a classic or shaping a brand-new idea, we love collaborating and making great games happen.
